Intuition is a powerful tool that we can use in our daily lives to make choices, connect with our surroundings, and find guidance. 8. People who meditate regularly often report an increased ability to trust their gut instincts, or intuition. Some scientific studies have even shown that people who meditate have increased activity in the parts of the brain associated with intuition.
