Cancellation and Reschedule Policy To maintain the integrity of my schedule and respect for all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session will not be refunded. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice before your session. If you request a reschedule within 48 hours of your session, you will forfeit your booking and will need to book a new session. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided. Emergency Exceptions: Exceptions will only be considered for verifiable emergencies and are handled on a case-by-case basis. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
